Our Superintendents are responsible for planning, monitoring and
facilitating all daily field activities, including scheduling
subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, site
safety, maintaining daily logs, and quality control inspecting all work
during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Job duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing the contract schedule
- Ensure subcontractors is fully execute their contracted scope of work
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected any and all deficiencies
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly, including work of subcontractors
- Identify conflicts and communicate them to project team for resolution
- Attend and hold required meetings for project
- Maintain daily logs
- Managing materials for the project
- Interacting with clients (general contractors), subcontractors, & building department officials
- Coordinating with the Operations Manager and Preconstruction department on the project
Qualifications/Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with:
- Strong organization, time-management and people skills
- A
minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent – managing
schedule, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production
of framing for commercial construction
- A thorough knowledge and
experience in Carpentry and Commercial Framing specifically with
Apartment multifamily and commercial projects
- Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam
- Any job-related certifications are a plus (OSHA & First Aid/CPR) or will train
- Must be authorized to work in the US
